Free Chevron Quilt Pattern
Fun and fresh, this free quilt pattern entitled “Frenzy” comes from Me and My Sister Designs. It is a basic chevron pattern, made bright and cheery by the designers’ fabric line called Giggles.
Beginning as a quilt store, Me and My Sister Designs now creates fabric lines for Moda fabrics. To showcase their beautiful designs, they come up with free quilt patterns. This is one of those patterns.
Ideal for charm packs, the quilt measures 44 1/2″ x 44 1/2″ when finished. It is an easy pattern made up of half square triangles. The simple design lends itself well to scraps, and the look can easily be changed just by adjusting the colors.
I think that this quilt, as shown in the photo, would look lovely hung in a baby’s room or a sun room. It just says summer to me.
The free pattern provides detailed instructions and diagrams, so you should have no problems making this beauty. I think it’s time to start raiding your fabric stash (or maybe buying some fun new fabric) and make a new quilt!
