Free Summer Love Quilt Pattern
Even though the title of this quilt pattern from Quilting in the Rain is “Summer Love”, I think it would be perfect for Valentine’s Day. It’s such a happy quilt.
Made with two jelly rolls and backing fabric, it is an easy quilt to put together. Jelly roll quilts are always fun to make, and you can save so much time because the pieces are already cut. I wish everything was that easy.
I like the colors that the designer used for her quilt. They are bright and cheerful. The border adds a nice finishing touch to the entire design, and it is made with part of the jelly roll too.
No special supplies are needed to make this beauty, only the standard quilting ones. Some of the strips are quite long, so you may want to keep that in mind.
If you’ve got some extra jelly rolls sitting around, this may be just the pattern for you.
