How to do the Quilt As You Go Direct Join Technique
Lately I have been doing some more quilt-as-you-go projects. They are fun and easy and a little bit different than traditional quilting. If you have a lot of qayg blocks but are not sure how to join them to make one quilt, then this tutorial from Urban Sewing Lounge will help you out.
Filled with plenty of tips and step-by-step photos, you’ll be learning this method in no time. Looking at the finished quilt, I would not even know that this was a quilt as you go quilt. Wow.
I am always looking for new quilting methods to try and this is definitely making the list. I’m ready to go grab my blocks and give it a try.
