How to Make a Freeform Denim Jeans Quilt
Put all of those old jeans that are too worn out to wear or donate to good use and make a quilt out of them. This easy freeform pattern from Create with Claudia is the perfect way to do that.
With both a video tutorial and a detailed written one, you will have no problem making your quilt. There are a few things to consider since you will be quilting with denim. It is a more difficult fabric to sew through.
However, once you are comfortable sewing with denim, this quilt is easy to make and is a real showstopper. The finished quilt measures about 56″ x 72″ and is a nice heavy weight. It’s great for those cold winter nights or to use on a picnic.
