How to Self Bind a Quilt
Here is a helpful technique from Beth Ann Doing for self-binding a quilt. Binding a quilt is something quilters either love or hate. Personally, I like it because it means my piece is almost done and I can start another one.
That being said, I am also always looking for different ways to bind my quilts. That is why I was intrigued when I saw this article.
Filled with plenty of step by step photos, you will learn how to do this method. If you find that this method is for you, you won’t need to cut, fold, and iron those long strips of binding. That sounds pretty good to me.
So are you in the “I love to bind my quilts” or the “I hate to bind my quilts” camp? If you are in the latter group, you may just change your mind after learning this technique.
