Modern and Pretty Quilted Wall Hanging Pattern
This small quilt from Me and My Sister Designs is the perfect showcase for some special fabrics. Using 10″ squares, you can highlight your favorite layer cakes in this 28 1/2″ x 28 1/2″ wall hanging.
An ideal project for a beginner, the piecing is simple and there is not too much of it. There is also a nice empty space in the center that would be perfect to show off your quilting skills. I could envisions some lovely circular feathers in the center.
The downloadable pdf pattern has complete and detailed instructions to assist you throughout the process. I imagine you could get this beauty done in less than a day.
This quilt was originally designed to highlight the Moda fabric line called Hi De Ho and it looks great with those fabrics. However you would easily use any fabrics you wanted and it would still look great.
