Easy Fat Quarter Quilt – Free Pattern
Do you have a pile of fat quarters just waiting to be used? If so, then you may want to check out this pretty quilt pattern from Sew Can She.
The finished quilt measures approximately 52″ x 52″ so it’s a nice baby size. To make it you will need 9 fat quarters, backing fabric and other standard quilting supplies. Of course, if you don’t have that many fat quarters, you can always go shopping. It’s a great excuse!
Making the block is super easy too. You should be able to make this quilt in no time. The overall design has a nice modern look to it and I love the fabric the maker used in her version. They are so bright and happy.
One great thing about this is its size. It’s not too large for a standard sewing machine. Sometimes larger quilts can be a bit cumbersome to machine quilt.
