Heart Quilt – Free Pattern
This sweet heart quilt pattern from Cluck Cluck Sew is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face. It is an easy quilt to make and is a good scrap buster.
Measuring about 42″ x 44″ when done, it is made up of 6″ blocks and sashing. I love the look that the designer gets with the variety of pinks and reds she used in her version. To make this quilt top you will need standard quilt making supplies.
Looking at the pattern, I’m guessing you could easily make this in a day or two, depending on your skill level. Don’t miss checking out the wavy stitch she used to quilt her piece. It adds a fantastic level of dimension and interest.
If you want to make a larger quilt, instructions for different heart block sizes are available.
