Quilt Pattern – Rainbow banner

This Rainbow banner is a quilted gesture by the infamous Pat Sloan. Pat created this tutorial as she was inspired by the Rainbow effect or movement that was created during this lockdown pandemic. Messages of hope were displayed in the windows of houses in the form of a Rainbow.
