Friendship Heart Quilt Block Tutorial
For a new twist on an old favorite, give this friendship love quilt block from A Quilting Sheep a try. The heart in the middle of this traditional friendship star block takes it up to another level.
When finished, the quilt block measures 12″. It is an easy block to put together, but you do need to do a few special cuts. No worries though, the tutorial has detailed step by step photos and instructions to guide you through the process.
This is such a fun block, and it would look lovely made in an entire quilt. Like many of the other block patterns I bring to you, this would be a good scrap busting design. The color combinations are endless.
I love the idea of combining an old design with a new one, and let’s be honest…what goes better together than friendship and love.
